How long is the delivery time ?
All orders are processed on working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.we offer 2 shipping methods:
- Standard delivery: 6 to 9 days
- Express delivery: 4 to 7 days
How can I track my order ?
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking link that you can use to track the status of the delivery.
What are the shipping costs ?
Delivery is free of charge throughout Germany.
Can I return an item ?
Yes, you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. Items must be in good condition and in their original packaging.
What can I do if I receive a defective item ?
If your product is defective or damaged, please contact us at Contact@quietcuddle.com with photos of the problem. We will then organize an exchange or refund.
I still haven't received my order. Why is it taking so long ?
We apologize for the delay. Sometimes international shipping can take longer than expected due to customs clearance. However, you can always track your order and see where it is.
